The goal of this sub committee is for the ongoing knowledge, training, education, awareness and development regarding diversity and inclusion. To create and foster a diverse and inclusive community, advise on inclusive language, ways to create more inclusive environments and issues surrounding diversity. Also, to investigate and discuss potential issues that affect diverse communities. This includes, but is not limited to: race and ethnicity, age and generation, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, religious and spiritual beliefs, people with physical challenges, neurodiverse individuals and more. This committee is intended to be the group within WinSFA to consult for issues that may exclude or impact diverse members.
